The JQuery Read More add-on enables you to specify a specific amount of text you want to show, while providing the ability to click on a READ MORE link to expand the text and read an entire passage. When the passage is fully opened, you have the ability to collapse it by clicking on CLOSE.
To add read more to one paragraph, add the class readmore in an HTML paragraph tag:
p class="readmore"
When you first visit the page you will see a condensed version of your text, like the sample below:
