On the CISNet website, there is a menu item called "Leadership".
STATE DIRECTORS
If you click on the submenu item, State Directors, you will see a list of all people who are State Directors. To add someone to this list, login and go to ADMIN. Click on Manage Users and then PEOPLE.
To find the person you want to add/edit, type their last name in the LAST NAME field at the bottom of the screen (below the list of all people) and click FIND. When you find the person you want to add as a state director, click on the paper/pencil icon to open the people record. Click on the CONTROL INFO tab. In the field CONTROLLING CONTENT, click on the drop down and change the controlling content to STATE DIRECTORS to include them on the list of state directors. If you want to remove someone from the STATE DIRECTORS list, change their controlling content from state directors to PEOPLE, MEMBERS or the appropriate category for that user. Click OK to save changes.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
If you click on the submenu item, Executive Directors, you will see a drop down where you can choose a state. Once you have selected a state, you will see a list of all people who are Executive Directors in that particular state. To add someone to this list, login and go to ADMIN. Click on Manage Users and then PEOPLE.
To find the person you want to add/edit, type their last name in the LAST NAME field at the bottom of the screen (below the list of all people) and click FIND. When you find the person you want to add as a state director, click on the paper/pencil icon to open the people record. Click on the GROUPS tab and then click on the box next to EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS to select it. If you want to remove someone from the EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS list, click on the box next to EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS to remove the check from that group. Click OK to save changes.
NOTE: The People record must be ACTIVE for the user to show up in the EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS list.
