Settings Tab

Use the SETTINGS tab to manage information about your customers, commodity types, products and pipelines.

CUSTOMERS TAB

The CUSTOMERS TAB lists customers of your company and enables you to add or delete clients as necessary. When you click on the CUSTOMERS TAB, you see the following screen:

To Add new clients, click on the ADD CUSTOMER button. This shows a screen where you will enter the company name, address, phone, fax, email, notes and contact information for primary and/or billing contacts. You can also enter a percentage discount for this customer, if applicable. When you are done entering information click UPDATE CUSTOMER to save the new information. To delete a client, click on the box next to the customer name in the Del column; then click UPDATE CUSTOMERS.

COMMODITY TYPES TAB

The COMMODITY TYPES TAB shows the price charged for shipping various commodities. When you click on this tab, you see the screen below:

Click on the commodity name to open the record for that commodity where you can edit the commodity name or price. The ADD COMMODITY button opens a blank Commodity Type record.   Click on UPDATE COMMODITY after you enter new information to save changes. Once saved the name will display in the drop down in the commodity ticket. To delete a commodity from the system, click on the box next to the commodity name and click UPDATE COMMODITIES.

PRODUCTS TAB

The PRODUCTS TAB shows the price charged for shipping various products. When you click on this tab, you see the screen below:

Click on the product name to open the record for that product where you can edit the product name or price. The ADD PRODUCT button opens a blank product record.   Click on UPDATE PRODUCT after you enter new information to save changes. Once saved the name will display in the drop down in the product ticket. To delete a product from the system, click on the box next to the product name and click UPDATE PRODUCTS.

PIPELINES TAB

The PIPELINES TAB shows information about pipelines used by your customers. When you click on this tab, you see the screen below:

Click on the pipeline name to open the record for that pipeline where you can edit the pipeline name, well number, well owner, previous reading or price. The ADD PIPELINE button opens a blank pipeline record.   Click on UPDATE PIPELINE after you enter new information to save changes. Once saved the name will display in the drop down in the pipeline reading ticket. To delete a pipeline from the system, click on the box next to the pipeline name and click UPDATE PIPELINES.
