The Download Manager tool creates download requests for any content in the system, in either ASCII CSV, or XML format. It also provides the interface to retrieve downloads created both in the Download Manager, and other places on the site, such as the Contact Manager.
To access reports in the Download Manager, login and go to ADMIN HOME. Click on TOOLS and then DOWNLOAD MANAGER. This will open a list of all available downloads. Click on the AVAILABLE link next to the report you want and it will be downloaded to your computer.
