List of Available Reports

Daily Visits Report

A summary of all visits, grouped by day, that meet the specified Report Criteria. A visit starts at the time of the first page viewing, so visits may be listed that include page viewings that occurred on the next day.

A summary of all visits, grouped by week, that meet the specified Report Criteria.

A list of all referring sites for visits that meet the specified Report Criteria.

This report lists all the visits created by each browser type. You can use the 'Blocked' column to designate this browser as being blocked from all reports. They will not be blocked from the site however. Note: Browser and Address Blocking do not apply to this list

This report lists all the visits created, sorted by the IP address of the visitor. You can use the 'Blocked' column to designate this IP as being blocked from all reports. They will not be blocked from the site however. Note: Browser and Address Blocking do not apply to this list

A count of all page hits sorted by site section (path) that meet the specified Report Criteria.

A List of all keywords searches for visits that meet the specified Report Criteria.

A list of all surveys completed during visits that meet the specified Report Criteria.

A list of all surveys completed during visits that meet the specified Report Criteria.

A list of all orders from visits that meet the specified Report Criteria.

A detailed list of all properties of a specific order.

A list of all visits that meet the specified Report Criteria.

A detailed list of all properties of a specific visit.

A list of all pages found by the Contensive Content Spider.

A list of all errors found by the Contensive Content Spider.

No matter which of these reports you wish to create, you will need to set your parameters based on the checklist at the bottom of the Reports list, which looks like this:

Exclude Visits starting before this date

Enter the day that you want the report to start.

Exclude Visits starting after this date

Enter the day that you want the report to end.

Enter visit ID here to pull all of the specific info for a particular visit.

Enter the visitor number here to pull all of the specific info for a particular visitor. Visitor numbers are found in the Admin Site under Administration. On the drop-down menu, locate People, and then All People. The Contensive system assigns numbers to all website visitors as they enter the site, and keeps track of their visits.

Enter the member ID number here to pull all of the specific info for a particular member. Member numbers are found in the Admin Site under Administration. On the drop-down menu, locate People, and then Members. The Contensive system assigns numbers to all website members and keeps track of their visits.

Enter any IP address to display all of the information about visits made for a particular IP address.

Check this box to display only repeat visitors to your site.

Check this box to display only the new visitors to your site.

Check this box to display all information except the pre-determined blocked browsers. We will discuss how to block a browser when we detail the Browser Report.

Check this box to display all information except the pre-determined blocked IP addresses. We will discuss how to block an IP address when we detail the IP Address Report.

Set your conditions as described above and click the Refresh button. You may then view each specific report, by simply clicking on the link for that type of report. The report will be generated virtually instantly, populated with the criteria you entered.

You can also change conditions while viewing each individual report but it is most common to set your conditions on the front Reports page before proceeding to view specific reports.
