Survey List Report

A list of all surveys completed during visits that meet the specified Report Criteria with links to the details fo the surveys.

 

After setting your conditions, proceed by clicking on Survey Summary Report. In this report you’ll see a list of all surveys completed during the timeframe you specified for this report.

 

You will see a summary of all respondents and can click on specific fields within the summary for more detailed information or review of individual survey responses. Information provided includes:
