Why does my site say This site is currently not available

When the current Contensive application or the Contensive Server is not available, the following message is displayed:

 

This site is currently not available. The problem has been reported to the administrator, and will be corrected shortly. Thank you for your patience.

 

To see the exact problem, use View Source on your browser, and look for an HTML comment with a short description of the problem. Here are some of the most common issues:

 

"Unspecified Error"

Windows can not load the requires objects. Stopping and restarting IIS (or IISReset) generally corrects this issue.
