Accessing Information about Benchmarking
Benchmarking Registrants: To access information about benchmarking registrants, login and click on ADMIN. Next click on MANAGE ADD-ONS, TCA BENCHMARKING and then BENCHMARKING REGISTRATION. You will then see a list of all users who have registered for Benchmarking Services. Information stored includes the user's name, company, email, user name and password.
Benchmarking Surveys: To access information about benchmarking surveys, login and click on ADMIN. Next click on MANAGE ADD-ONS, TCA BENCHMARKING and then BENCHMARK SURVEY ENTRY. You will then see a list of all surveys that have been developed. To add a new one click ADD, or click on the paper/pencil icon next to one to edit it. Fields available in the record include SURVEY NAME, SURVEY ID (ID assigned by Decisiv), SURVEY START DATE and SURVEY END DATE (which determine when link is available on the website to take the survey), DATE SURVEY'S AVAILABLE (which determines when a link to the survey report is available), the LINK TO SURVEY and LINK TO SURVEY REPORT (results). Click OK to save changes.
To reset the SURVEY COUNTDOWN on the Benchmarking Services landing page each month, login and click on ADMIN. Next click on MANAGE ADD-ONS, TCA BENCHMARKING and then BENCHMARKING PREFERENCES. Put the close date for the survey in the field LEGACY-CLOSE DATE and the start date for the survey in the LEGACY-DATE/TIME CURRENT field. in the CAPTION field you can change the text that appears under the countdown on the Benchmarking Services page. Click OK to save changes.
Each month you must also enter new dates in the calendar for the Benchmarking Survey so that it will show up under IMPORTANT DATES on the Benchmarking Services page. To enter the new month's opening and closing dates and the date the survey becomes available, login and click on ADMIN. Next click on CALENDAR and then CALENDAR EVENTS. You will open the records for the events named BENCHMARKING SURVEY OPENS, BENCHMARKING SURVEY CLOSES AND BENCHMARKING SURVEY RESULTS AVAILABLE. In each one change the start date and end date of the event to the date you want for that particular event. Click OK to save changes.
Benchmarking Survey Participants: To access information about benchmarking survey participants, login and click on ADMIN. Next click on MANAGE ADD-ONS, TCA BENCHMARKING and then BENCHMARK SURVEY USER ENTRY. You will then see a list of all people that have participated in a benchmarking survey. Information stored includes the User Name, User ID, Survey ID and the Date Clicked to take the survey.
Managing the Slider at the Bottom of the Benchmarking Page
To add, edit or delete images from the slider, login and click on ADMIN. Next click on MANAGE ADD-ONS, TCA BENCHMARKING and then TCA BENCHMARKING SLIDERS. You will then see a list of all entries in the slider currently. To add a new image to the slider, click ADD at the top of the page to open a new blank record. Here you will enter the name and title of the person giving the testimonial in the NAME field. Next, put the company name and location in the TITLE field. Upload images in the PERSONIMG and COMPANYIMAGE fields. Finally, in the CAPTION field enter the quote you want people to say and then click OK to save the new entry.
To delete an entry from the slider, click on the checkbox next to it and click DELETE. If you don't want the entry to show in the slider but do not want to completely delete the record, click on the paper/pencil icon next to it to open the record and then click on the ACTIVE checkmark. If you remove the check in that field and then click OK the record will become inactive and will not show in the slider. To edit information in the record, click on the paper/pencil icon next to it and make any necessary changes. Click OK to save changes.
Looking up Completed Orders by Invoice #
To access completed orders, login and click on ADMIN. Next click on MANAGE ADD-ONS, ECOMMERCE, and then ORDERS COMPLETED. You will see a list of all completed orders. To set which fields you see, click on the ARROW at the top of FILTERS. Click on SET COLUMNS and click ADD on any field you want to see in the list of completed orders. Click OK when you are done to return to the list. The NAME field has the Order/Invoice Number. You can sort by any field by clicking on the field name; if you click on the field name a second time, it will sort in reverse order.
To open a specific order, click on the paper/pencil icon next to that order. It will show you the order details, and if you want to know which items were ordered, click on OPEN IN NEW WINDOW in the ITEMS field.
There are three notifications sent during the ordering process:
1) The receipt is sent to the purchaser, which includes the message text with instructions
2) A standard fulfillment notification is sent that notifies anyone that the benchmarking item has been purchased.
