Welcome to the inaugural posting of the Open Up blog.  In this blog I will share my thoughts about content management issues, web site trends, ideas and bits of advice that I think are worthwhile.  

I really want this to be a "conversation" of sorts so please feel free to post your comments or email me with your thoughts.  If you have an idea for a topic please let me know and I will try and incorporate it into this blog.
